The incubation chamber is an auxiliary device for Biotime’s fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. The reaction temperature and time is critical for test results. The incubation chamber provides an optimized environment as well as automatic timers for test reactions to improve the reliability of test results.

Dengue IgG/IgM Rapid Test

The Dengue IgG/IgM Rapid Test is a rapid membrane based chromatographic immunoassay for qualitative and differential detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to all four serotypes (DEN-1, DEN-2, DEN- 3 and DEN-4) of Dengue virus in human serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended to be used by professionals as a screening test and provides a preliminary test result to aid in the diagnosis of primary and secondary Dengue infection. E2 Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay)

E2 Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is used for in vitro quantitative detection of the Estradiol (E2) concentration in human serum and plasma that contains heparin /EDTA and other anticoagulants and samples, mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of reproductive hormones diseases.

NGAL Rapid Quantitative Test

NGAL (neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin, lipocalin-2, sidero- calin) is a novel biomarker for diagnosing acute kidney injury (AKI). Under normal conditions NGAL levels are low in urine and plasma Still, they rise sharply from basal levels in response to kidney injury to reach diagnostic levels within a very short time - as much as 24 hours or more before any signiﬁcant rise in serum creatinine.

PRL Rapid Quantitative Test

Prolactin is the hormone that tells the body to make breast milk when a person is pregnant or breast-feeding. Production of prolactin takes place in the pituitary gland. For those who are not pregnant or breast-feeding, there are only low levels of prolactin in the body.

PROG Rapid Quantitative Test

Progesterone(PROG) is produced by the corpus luteum or in females, the male progesterone level is very low and mainly produced by adrenal cortex. Biotime PROG test is used for determining ovulation, monitoring progesterone therapy and evaluating early pregnancy status.
