The incubation chamber is an auxiliary device for Biotime’s fluorescence immunoassay analyzer. The reaction temperature and time is critical for test results. The incubation chamber provides an optimized environment as well as automatic timers for test reactions to improve the reliability of test results.

HbA1c Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay)

HbA1c Rapid Quantitative Test (Chemiluminescence Immunoassay) is used for in vitro quantitative detection of the Glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) concentration in human whole blood that contains EDTA or without anticoagulants samples, mainly used for the supervising of long-term glycemic control in diabetic individuals and auxiliary diagnosis of diabetes and identify patients at risk of diabetes.

Total IgE Rapid Quantitative Test

Immunoglobulin E (IgE) is a type of antibody (or immunoglobulin (Ig)"isotype") that has only been found in mammals. IgE is synthesised by plasma cells. IgE's main function is immunity to parasites such as helminths like Schistosoma mansoni, Trichinella spiralis, and Fasciola hepatica. Total IgE is utilized during immune defense against certain protozoan parasites such as Plasmodium falciparum. Total IgE may have evolved as a last line of defense to protect against venoms.
